We warmly welcome you year-round to our 2-person Prosecco Apartment (Balatonfüred, Arácsi út 57.), and to our Relax Balaton Apartment House (Balatonfüred, Cséplő E. u. 4.), which includes the 4-person Zsálya Apartment and the 6-person Rozmaring Apartment.

The apartments offer a peaceful, nature-close environment for couples, families, or groups of friends looking to recharge in the Arácsi area of Balatonfüred. A refreshing morning jog for the sports enthusiasts? A hike in Koloska Valley for adventure seekers? A romantic stroll along Tagora promenade for the romantics? Recharge is guaranteed.

 Our 45 m² apartment with direct garden

access offers comfortable accommodation for two people, even for longer stays.

The garden is just a step away, where everything is set up for a peaceful breakfast, or you can relax on the comfortable sunbeds.

It is possible to book for 1 night in certain periods. In this case, the price will be the original accommodation cost + 30%.

In the Prosecco Shop, we welcome you with 40 types of Prosecco from 8 wineries in the Veneto region, all products of family-owned farms. Still searching for the perfect one? We warmly invite you to our prosecco tasting, where, alongside ice-cold proseccos, we will offer cold platters and a crash course so you can later impress your friends with your newfound knowledge.

If you are looking for a gift for a birthday, family or friends event, or even a bachelorette party, we are here to guide you in detail and help you find the perfect prosecco. If you are unsure about your choice, gift vouchers worth 5,000 HUF or 10,000 HUF are also available

Would you like a memorable, fun 2-3 hour getaway?

On pre-arranged dates, we welcome 6-12 people, along with your friends or family, for a prosecco tasting combined with a casual conversation. We will share our experiences from the Valdobbiadene/Prosecco region, including visits to wineries. You will taste 6 different proseccos, and during the tasting, the delicious homemade snacks from the cold platters usually disappear quickly. If you do not have much time, you can also taste a few types of prosecco on our small terrace.

We warmly welcome you to our 4- and 6-person apartments all year round, where you can recharge in a calm, nature-filled environment with your family or friends – and still experience the vibrant atmosphere of Balatonfüred.

Our apartments are located in the Arács area of Balatonfüred, in a quiet yet central location. This way, you can enjoy not only the opportunities the town offers but also guaranteed relaxation. From the terrace of the apartments, you can enjoy the view of the church towers nestled between the Tamás and Péter hills – or take a refreshing dip in the pool located in the garden.

Make the most of the opportunities the location offers, recharge in nature, then immerse yourself in the vibrant bustle of Balatonfüred! The surroundings offer various activities for all age groups and adventure seekers.

RELAX BALATON APARTMENTS

Our Relax Balaton Apartment house contains 2 separate entrance apartments.

Ideal for families, couples of friends, and small groups of friends who wish to vacation together yet still have their own private space.

The house can be rented as individual apartments or as a whole. The pleasant colors, modern and rural-style furniture blend harmoniously to ensure relaxation and the comfort of home. The apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with mosquito nets and blinds.

In the garden, a 6 x 2.5 m pool, sun terrace, sunbeds, playground with toys, and a barbecue area provide comfort for our guests. Family-friendly accommodation, with a baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available upon request for little ones. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Free parking is available in the garden and in front of the house. From the apartments  terrace, you can enjoy the view of the church towers nestled between Tamás and Péter hills – or even take a refreshing dip in the garden pool.

ZSÁLYA APARTMENT

Max. 4 persons / 75 m²

This two-story apartment features 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is the living room, open-plan kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a direct connection to the garden with a terrace furnished with comfortable Italian garden furniture.On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate WC.

This two-story apartment features 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom, a shower + WC, and the living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The living room has a direct connection to the garden with a terrace. On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a separate WC.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, and baby equipment are free of charge. During Season A and B, the apartments can be booked for 2 persons as well, please request a custom price! The prices are in Hungarian forints and do not include the tourist tax.

Cancellation policy: The deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made at least 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be credited towards a rescheduled date, up to a maximum of 180 days. If the guest arrives 1 day later than the booked date or departs earlier, they must pay the full cost of the reserved stay.
